CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acknowledgment of these Conditions of Entry.

1.     Entry is only open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees, and their families, of the Promoter, Caringbah Shopping Village ("Centre") retailers, or agencies and companies associated with this promotion, are ineligible to enter.

2.     The promotional period commences 15/12/2021 at 12.00pm and will close 26/1/2022 at 11:59pm.

3.     To enter this promotion, customers of Caringbah Shopping Village must scan the QR code or send SMS to the designated number..  There is a limit on the number of times each customer can enter. One entry per QR code per day.

4.     Customers can enter by scanning the QR code on posters / screens within the shopping centre. There are an additional 14 QR codes, one in each speciality store, which will enable a total of 15 entries, per day, per entrant. Note that codes can be scanned beyond 15 entries per day, but will not be counted as an entry.

5.     An automated number generator will randomly select a number / /name using the software https://random-ize.com/pick-from-list/  draw will take place at 2:00pm on 28/1/2022 at Caringbah Shopping Village.  An independent scrutineer will be present to witness the draw take place. 

6.     The first valid ticket drawn from the barrel will win the prize specified below.

7.     If any ticket drawn is deemed to be invalid a redraw will take place. For a ticket to be deemed valid it must meet the following conditions:

a.     All fields must be completed on the form in legible print

b.     The form must have the details of an Adult.

8.     The prize consists of 12 x  $500 Woolworths Gift Cards. Once the prize is drawn, the winner will liaise directly with Caringbah Shopping Village to arrange delivery / pickup.

9.   Total prize pool for this promotion is $6,000 including GST.

10.   The winners will be notified via phone within 7 days of the draw taking place (due to the festive season).  Every effort will be made to contact the winner on the day of the draw taking place.  The winner will have 3 months from the date of the draw to claim their prize otherwise a redraw will take place.

11.   The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

12.   The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13.   If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including the prize and these Conditions of Entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in NSW where relevant.

14.   The Promoter, and agencies and companies associated with the promotion, will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or accepting any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

15.   All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter may enter personal information (i.e. names, addresses, emails and other similar information) relating to each entrant into a database used for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the entrant. The Promoter may provide personal information relating to entrants to organisations that assist the Promoter with promotional, marketing and publicity activities. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
